We start by cutting the lime and melon into small pieces and separating the mint leaves. In the bottom of a tall glass we place the lime, the mint, the melon and, optionally, a tablespoon of brown sugar. We crush it well with the help of a mortar. Add the crushed ice, the Puerto de Indias Sweet Melon and cover with 7Up. We decorate with fresh mint and a fresh melon skewer.
