Fill the glass to the brim with ice, chill it and strain any excess water. Add the Puerto de Indias Pure Black gin. Gently pour in the lemon juice and one tablespoon of sugar and stir to blend. Add the soda water to taste. Finally, decorate with fresh citronella leaves.
