Puerto Lemonade
Ingredients
- 3 lemons
- 300 gr. of strawberries
- 30cl. of Puerto de Indias Lemonberry
- 20gr. white sugar (optional)
- Crushed ice
- Fresh mint
Preparation
We start by preparing the strawberry syrup, chopping the strawberries and putting them in a pan with the sugar and a splash of water. Cook for 7-8 minutes over medium heat and remove from heat. Blend at maximum power and, optionally, strain to remove the seeds. Pour the syrup into the base of the pitcher and cover it with crushed ice. Squeeze the 3 lemons and add the juice along with Puerto de Indias Lemonberry. Mix well and serve in glasses with lots of ice and some mint leaves. You can prepare ice cubes with lemon, strawberry and mint and cover the edge of the glass with some sugar.
