Fill your glass with ice and turn to chill the glass.
Discard the remaining water.
Put several slices of natural strawberry inside your glass.
Add the gin and pour in the tonic while stirring gently with a spoon. And to enjoy!
Squeeze the juice of half a lime, the mint leaves and the strawberry gin. Next, add ice, stir with the spoon until the mixture chills and lastly pour in the ginger beer and cover with crushed ice.
